Dedication to Alex Cranstoun Sr.

I would like to recognize Alex Cranstoun Sr, a partner at DMCD Exhibit Design, under whose mentorship I worked from 1993 through1999. Alex offered his trust and faith in my ability to lead, conceive, develop, produce and ultimately execute complex and thorough designs for both the Bush Presidential Library Museum and the National Watch and Clock Museum.

Once Alex gave me the best advice of my life. It came about during the lengthy Bush Library project. I made a comment, “I can’t wait for this to be over”. His generous response was, “Don’t wish your life away”. I will always remember the moment and the incredible wisdom he shared. Thank you Alex, rest in peace.
